Chakra yoga is a type of yoga practice that combines various aspects of other yogic traditions to activate the energy centers along the spine, also known as the chakras.
Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
The purpose of these 8 Chakra balancing sessions is to promote the free flow of energy, relaxation, self-care, release of stuck emotions

Enrollment dates are 2 weeks prior to start date and up to 2 weeks after start date. Please see instructor for early or late enrollment

Friday and Saturday 8 week sessions available- not interchangeable.
