Camp Milton Historic Preserve - Nature Walk
Join a Jacksonville Park Naturalist for a leisurely hike to explore trails at our parks and preserves. Our Park Naturalists will guide the hike, pointing out birds, native plants, wildflowers, and wildlife, and will share some ecological facts and history of the park along the way. Please come prepared to walk for up to 1.5 hours. Proper attire and footwear is recommended. Please also bring and provide your own water, sunscreen, and bug spray to use as needed.
Arrive at the meeting location ready to hit the trails with us by the advertised start time. The Nature Walk will depart within 5 minutes of advertised start time.
Nature Programs may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, flooding, storm damage, etc. Please check the weather prior to heading to your scheduled program, If cancellation is necessary, we will notify you via email.
