Join SORBA JAX & Between the Trees MTB Coaching for Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day! This is a FREE EVENT! Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day was created in 2004, is recognized by the US Congress, and is celebrated nationwide. This yearly Mountain Biking celebration was designed to introduce the joy of mountain biking to the next generation of riders. So join us for a fun and adrenaline filled morning full of fun and excitement, and learn/develop new skills on the mountain bike! Local MTB coach Catherine Longmire will be on hand to help guide the kids through some new skills and techniques. So bring out your kids to learn from the best as they participate in the exciting, adventurous, and adrenaline filled sport of Mountain Biking!
This FREE event will be held at Tillie Fowler MTB Park from 9am-12pm on Saturday, October 12.
Participants must bring their own bike and a helmet. Please dress appropriately with closed toed shoes and athletic attire, and be sure to bring water, bug spray, and sunscreen to apply as needed. Parents are welcome to ride with their kid too!!
