Friendship Fountain - Park Lighting Change Request


This form IS NOT for changing the colors of the Fountain itself. It is only to change the colors of the LED light poles around the Fountain. 

  • The submission of this form does not guarantee approval. 
  • Approval will be granted based upon Dates Requested, Purpose/Meaning, and Color Availability. 
  • Light change requests are granted for 1 day only. Requests for longer periods will not be accepted.
  • Existing Fountain event dates and holidays will have priority over any requests. 
  • Requests for a color change to promote a business will not be granted. 
  • Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the requested date in order to be considered.
  • Approval of your request DOES NOT mean you have a permit to hold an event or gathering at the Fountain.
  • If approved, a $55 (pre-tax) fee will be required. This includes a:
    • $35 Special Use Fee and a $20 Administrative Fee
