This form IS NOT for changing the colors of the Fountain itself. It is only to change the colors of the LED light poles around the Fountain.
- The submission of this form does not guarantee approval.
- Approval will be granted based upon Dates Requested, Purpose/Meaning, and Color Availability.
- Light change requests are granted for 1 day only. Requests for longer periods will not be accepted.
- Existing Fountain event dates and holidays will have priority over any requests.
- Requests for a color change to promote a business will not be granted.
- Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the requested date in order to be considered.
- Approval of your request DOES NOT mean you have a permit to hold an event or gathering at the Fountain.
- If approved, a $55 (pre-tax) fee will be required. This includes a:
- $35 Special Use Fee and a $20 Administrative Fee
